En téléchargeant et en utilisant Külçe, vous acceptez les conditions ci-dessous. Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord, n'utilisez pas l'application.

1. Nature du service

Külçe est une application purement informationnelle. Elle affiche les cours de l'or turc et des devises mis à jour régulièrement, et permet de saisir manuellement un portefeuille personnel pour en calculer la valeur.

L'application ne permet pas d'acheter, vendre ou échanger d'or ou de devises. Elle n'effectue aucune transaction.

2. Pas de conseil en investissement

Les informations fournies ne constituent pas un conseil en investissement, fiscal, juridique ou financier. Toute décision d'achat ou de vente vous appartient. Consultez un professionnel agréé avant d'investir.

L'éditeur de Külçe ne peut être tenu responsable des pertes ou gains résultant de décisions prises sur la base des informations affichées.

3. Exactitude des prix

Nous nous efforçons d'afficher des cours à jour, mais ne pouvons garantir leur exactitude, leur exhaustivité ni leur disponibilité continue. Les prix sont fournis par des tiers (TruncGil, Frankfurter) et peuvent différer des prix réels pratiqués par votre négociant.

Vérifiez toujours auprès d'un négociant agréé avant toute transaction.

L'application est fournie « telle quelle », sans garantie d'aucune sorte. Nous nous réservons le droit de la modifier, suspendre, retirer du marché ou interrompre le service à tout moment, sans préavis.

Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi applicable, Külçe et ses opérateurs ne peuvent être tenus responsables de tout dommage direct, indirect, accessoire ou consécutif résultant de l'utilisation ou de l'impossibilité d'utiliser l'application, y compris les pertes financières.

Ces conditions sont régies par le droit français. Tout litige sera soumis aux tribunaux compétents du ressort de l'éditeur.

Külçe'yi indirip kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Hizmetin niteliği

Külçe tamamen bilgilendirme amaçlı bir uygulamadır. Türk altın ve döviz fiyatlarını düzenli olarak gösterir ve kullanıcının manuel olarak girdiği kişisel cüzdanın değerini hesaplar.

Uygulama altın veya döviz alım, satım veya takası yapmaz. Hiçbir işlem gerçekleştirmez.

2. Yatırım tavsiyesi değildir

Sağlanan bilgiler yatırım, vergi, hukuki veya finansal tavsiye niteliğinde değildir. Her türlü alım-satım kararı size aittir. Yatırım yapmadan önce yetkili bir uzmana danışın.

Külçe'nin yayıncısı, görüntülenen bilgilere dayanarak alınan kararların yol açtığı kayıp veya kazançlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

Güncel fiyatları göstermek için elimizden geleni yapıyoruz, ancak doğruluğunu, eksiksizliğini veya sürekli erişilebilirliğini garanti edemeyiz. Fiyatlar üçüncü taraflarca (TruncGil, Frankfurter) sağlanır ve kuyumcunuzdaki gerçek fiyatlardan farklı olabilir.

Herhangi bir işlem yapmadan önce mutlaka yetkili bir kuyumcuya danışın.

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur, herhangi bir garanti verilmez. Uygulamayı değiştirme, askıya alma, mağazadan kaldırma veya hizmeti durdurma hakkımızı önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın saklı tutarız.

7. Sorumluluk sınırlaması

Geçerli yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Külçe ve operatörleri, uygulamanın kullanımı veya kullanılamamasından kaynaklanan doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan (finansal kayıplar dahil) sorumlu tutulamaz.

Bu koşullar Fransız hukukuna tabidir. Anlaşmazlıklar, yayıncının bağlı bulunduğu yetkili mahkemelerin yargı yetkisine sunulacaktır.
